For major county abutting Washington, D.C., multi-disciplined engineering and environmental services for various highway, bridge, and housing/urban areas storm drainage improvement projects including: new technology concept, retrofitting, minimization/mitigation of hydrologic and ecological resources, environmental/wetland assessments and import studies, landscaping/streetscaping and urban revitalization, storm drain, stormwater management, sediment control, utility design, site planning, feasibility studies and cost estimating, surveys/GIS applications, review of contract shop drawings, project management and coordination, and construction engineering and inspection, permit acquisitions and agency approvals, pollution prevention/waste minimization, and hydrologic/hydraulic calculations.

- Beech Street Priority III Storm Drainage Improvement Project, Fort Washington: investigations of flooding and channel erosion, engineering design, and report for improvement [fee: $17].
- Trenton Road Priority II Storm Drainage Improvement Project, Hyattsville: investigations, engineering design, and report for improvement [fee: $19].
