Evaluation of potential and possibilities to maximize parking options within the campus of George Mason University, a complex servicing 20,000 students. The existing master plan was used as a base plan and drawings for future parking lost/garages locations were drawn on the supplied master plan.

Brief Description of Services Provided

• Development of estimates for the number of additional parking spaces that may be added within the campus perimeter, based on existing usage and student/faculty demands
• Preparation of recommendations for possible locations of future parking lots and parking decks/garages
• Development of preliminary cost estimates for the additional parking spaces
• Assessment of the impact of increase in parking capacity on the campus road system.
