The Government of the State of Madhya Pradesh has charge MPRSNN with the improvement of selected high-density road corridors via participation of the private sector though BOT arrangements. The SHELADIA/ARTEFACT JV has in turn been retained by MPRSNN as the Engineer for the 246.8-km Rewa-Shahdol-Burhar-Amarkantak BOT road Project, including sections of SH-9 and MDRs, with reconstruction of 6 bridges and widening of 4 bridges, and reconstruction and widening of 85 culverts, as well as construction of 3 toll plazas.

Brief Description of Services Provided

• Review of design and drawings as per site requirements and preparation of recommendations
• Review of reports, preparation of suggestions and recommendations, approval, certification and submission of approvals for all activities, from design review, contracts, and agreements, to construction, to ensure compliance with requirements of the concession agreement, as well as sound project implementation
• Supervision and testing of works and materials executed by the BOT Operator/Concessionaire, and monitoring of compliance with standards and specifications
• Preparation of report for MPRSNN on all financial and technical aspects of the project as per reporting formats and concession agreements
• Assistance in fulfilling various reporting requirements of lending institutions
• Techno-commercial and legal assistance to various parties for dispute resolution and amicable settlement
• Certification of physical and financial progress of works
• Maintenance of construction records.
