*USAID and Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN): comparative technology assessment and demonstration of various solar water pumps to determine system potential for widespread application in Asia *USAID and Mali: research, development, and field-testing of solar and renewable energy prototype devices (photovoltaics, wind, biomass, and solar thermal conversion technologies, alternate energy sources for irrigation pumping, power generation for lighting, refrigeration, and alternative combustion fuels) *USAID and Morocco: comprehensive evaluation of major renewable energy projects, including economic, policy, and legislative analyses, and project design.
