Technical assistance to provide the Directorate General of Highways, the Ministry of Home Affairs and other agencies concerned with training in resettlement planning and management in the preparation of resettlement plans. Practical application of the training occurred through the preparation of resettlement plans for the 210-km road improvement project in the Jakarta-Surabaya corridor.
