SHELADIA deployed a qualified team to maximize development benefits in the transport, water supply, wastewater, and other urban and municipal sectors through the incorporation of social considerations in project design and implementation. The project’s mission was to strengthen the equitable delivery of services and infrastructure by increasing key agencies’ capacity in participatory planning and implementation, improved construction practices, and improving the policy framework.
