The main purpose of this USAID Project is to assist Indian private industries to adopt environmentally sound practices while promoting sustainable linkages between US and Indian firms. SHELADIA assisted in expediting Indo-US business ventures, organizing trade and investment tours, strengthening Indo-US information networks on the US supply and Indian demand for environmental technologies, and strengthening trade and professional organizations in the sector.
