Efforts included providing the necessary skilled and trained personnel, facilities, services, equipment, and materials to accomplish responsive, adequate, and timely technical, engineering, scientific, and administrative support services for all tasks requested by DOE.

Brief Description of Services Provided *Management Assistance/Analysis: general support and assistance to DOE/FE staff in the areas of program analysis, program monitoring, review, assessment, and reporting *Policy and Strategy Development: assistance in identifying policy needs and preparing draft policy statements and strategy papers in support of DOE/ASFE *Technical and Engineering Assistance: technical and engineering support, assistance, and advice in ASFE- related technologies to Headquarters, ASFE senior management and staff *Surveys, Assessment, and Special Studies: assistance to DOE/ASFE in researching and assembling technical, economic, and statistical information and data, and performing assessments and special studies in support of ASFE programs *Economic and Market Analysis: assistance to DEO/ASFE in performing or supporting the conduct of the following kinds of evaluations, assessments, and analyses: *Cost effectiveness or cost/benefit analysis *Economic Assessments and decision analysis *Financial and capital market evaluations *Market size and penetration studies *Cost modeling and computer econometric analysis. *SHELADIA successfully completed over 130 tasks. All tasks were completed within budget and all deliverables were submitted on schedule. Three option periods were exercised to renew/extend the contract.
