ProjectEconomic analysis, technical and engineering evaluation, and management and administrative support in development of OSLAP policies and implementation of its programs. Efforts included providing the necessary skilled and trained personnel, facilities, services, equipment, and materials to accomplish responsive, adequate, and timely technical, engineering, scientific, and administrative support services for all tasks requested by DOE.

Brief Description of Services Provided *Program Analysis: studies consistent with program strategies and long-range planning that identify alternatives, costs, and benefits for program management during the current period of impending budget reductions. *Conference and Workshop Support: conference and workshop support primarily by translating selected work efforts into group presentations format for Federal presentations to State designated officials, institutions, and local community action agencies and/or constituents/clients of the programs implemented by this Branch (further efforts were translated into forms and formats for internal working sessions) *Technical Assistance Analysis: analyses of the current and future State, institutional, and local agency needs in light of reduced federal funding in the area of alternative funding and economic development activities, energy management capacities, helpful and proven programmatic, and consumer education in keeping with current program direction and strategy
