Site design work for this project included renovation and upgrade of existing parking facility, design for additional 160 parking spaces on a challenging site that involved extensive regrading and provision of new parking deck, design of new bus stop, site landscaping, design of on site vehicular and pedestrian circulation, utility upgrades, design of bio-retention ponds for storm-water management, and security lighting.
