In joint venture with another firm, Sheladia is responsible for modernization of the Cheverly Health Clinic to serve as a regional health center. The scope of work includes:
Complete reorganization of interior spaces of this medical facility including asbestos removal, replacement of all existing finishes, and upgrade of building infrastructure, interior and exterior.

• Design of a new atrium at the core of the building to serve as the main entrance
• Exterior work includes restoration of building facade and site improvements
• Parking Lot Design: exterior work also includes realignment of one entrance to the facility, regrading, repaving, and restriping parking areas for additional parking spaces, addition of a parking deck, construction of a drive route behind the building with some additional parking spaces, and expansion of the main entrance to the facility on Hospital Drive. Included in the new layout are a new stormdrain system, and two bioretention areas for water quality treatment of the runoff from the site.
