Project Manager
Supervise & support the successful implementation of the firm’s overseas projects; and to assist in business development efforts.
Responsibilities:
Provide supervisory, technical and administrative support to overseas implementation of projects.
Assist Team Leaders with implementation, personnel and project management policy issues.
Provide administrative and technical backstopping to field teams.
Maintain close contact and relationships with clients and associate firms and sub-contractors.
Ensure completion of all contract deliverables on time.
Assist in recruiting short and long term staff.
Participate in business development activities and preparation of proposal and Expressions of Interest.
Track activities and check for compliance and adherence to schedule etc.
Qualifications:
Masters in Agricultural Economics or related social sciences with emphasis on economic development specifically around the themes of infrastructure, agriculture, water resources, roads and transportation.
3-5 years of experience working in developing countries
Good writing and communication skills
