Job Descriptions:
1) Engineers with experience in design of municipal water supply and sanitation systems, intake/transmission and distribution networks, reduction of unaccounted for water, and construction supervision of systems.
2) Water Resources Management Specialist for assessing surface and groundwater sources, pollution control, environmental health problems, salinity studies, reservoir safe yield, water quality testing and water treatment.
3) Solid Waste Specialists with experience in design and systems operations and maintenance.
4) Economist/Financial Analyst for economic and financial analysis of water supply and sanitation systems and institutional strengthening. Privatization experience a plus.
5) Urban and Rual Sociologist for community development, socio-economic surveys and social impact asessments. Participatory rapid appraisal, poverty alleviation and resettlement experience a plus.
6) Privatization and Municipal Tax Specialist for valuing public utilities and establishing rates and taxes to underwrite the costs of investment/services.
7) Real Estate and Legal Specilalists for valuing assets and preparing legal documents for privatization.
Required Qualifications:
B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering; 5 years experience with B.S. or 2 years experience with M.S.
