Job Description:
Qualifications and experience similar to Resident Engineer (INT-004), with specialization in pavement design, and mix specifications for bituminous and/or concrete pavement. Must have experience establishing quality assurance programs and monitoring testing of materials and finished work on highway projects. Knowledge of modern pavement construction technology is a must.
Required Qualifications:
B.S. in Civil Engineering/Geotechnical or Materials; M.S. desirable
